I would like to hear the experiences of Masters in Management graduates of HES one, five or ten years after graduation. I am contemplating a ALMM degree. I would appreciate any input.

    Thanks.

The ALM Management program was only opened in the 2006-2007 academic year. Therefore, there are no graduates 5-10 years after graduation.

  1.

The predecessor to the ALM in Management was the Certificate of Special Studies in Administration and Management (CSS program).

I already posted this question last night and got two responses. I want to post the following reply to their post:

"Can I hear from any graduate of the Masters in Management program as to what their career prospects have been after graduation? If it helped, to what extent?"

    Thanks.

It all depends on what your skills, industry, and past experience is.

A colleague I work with completed the course a few years ago. When I mentioned that I was going for it he did remark that he felt the classes he took did not suit him - I'm not sure what he took but he mentioned if we moved out west he would get greater value out of what he learnt *shrugs*

No I do not think so, I had been thinking he meant that our company is top heavy with management and with so many colleges offering mgmt courses and mbas around boston/new england/east coast that maybe the west coast would not have quite so much competition. Note, this is just conjecture.
